Our Team

Eric is CEO and Co-founder of PE Impact Outsourcing, LLC. He has over 27 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. His broad industry experience covers all engineering disciplines from Production, Operations, Reservoir, Drilling & Completions; while leading multi-discipline teams and being accountable for the overall P&L of multiple assets. Eric has managed both conventional & unconventional assets across the US including multiple onshore and offshore fields. Prior to forming PE Impact, Eric ran the Permian Business for Marathon Oil as Regional Vice President where he was responsible for building an organization to operate, assess, and develop resources while enhancing the overall position through acquisitions and trades. Prior to Marathon Eric acted as COO of Jones Energy, Inc. taking the company public in 2013. Before Jones, he spent 18 years working for BP (Amoco Heritage) developing fields across the US from Michigan to Mid-Continent to Southern Louisiana to GoM Deepwater. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
